    Thanks for reaching out! The BMW E46 Coupe/Sedan (1999-2005) ISB Polyurethane Rear Bumper is specifically designed to fit the E46 model. Unfortunately, it will not fit a 2002 E39 BMW, as the dimensions and mounting points are different between the two models.
