    Thanks for reaching out! No, the impact/reinforcement bumper bar does not need to be removed in order for this front bumper to fit the vehicle. This front bumper is meant to work with the OEM impact/reinforcement bar (we never recommend removing the OEM impact/reinforcement bar).
