    Thanks for reaching out! No, the impact/reinforcement bumper bar does not need to be removed in order for this front bumper to fit the vehicle. This front bumper is meant to work with the OEM impact/reinforcement bar (we never recommend removing the OEM impact/reinforcement bar).

    Thanks for your inquiry! All of our parts are injection molded from our proprietary polyurethane plastic material. Each product we manufacture includes a lifetime warranty and features great fitment (do to the fact that our parts are injection molded).
