Thanks for your inquiry! Yes, this front bumper will fit a 1994 Chevy S10 (this front bumper is manufactured to fit the 1994-2004 Chevrolet S-10 & 1995-2004 Chevrolet Blazer models, but not the Xtreme versions). This bumper is a complete replacement front bumper (the whole front bumper). This bumper will not replace the reinforcement bar (the metal bar that sits behind the front bumper) & will utilize the stock reinforcement bar during installation.
