Thanks for your question! The rear wing spoiler back-up camera hole is optional. If you have the factory back-up camera, then there is a cut-out on the backside of the wing that can be easily cut to add the hole for the back-up camera. If you do not have the back-up camera, then you simply do not cut-out the back-up camera hole.
On this 2016 Dodge Dart hellcat spoiler with the optional backup camera. Do you guys include the backup camera? If not, can you send me a link to a good backup camera that will fit into the spoiler. Something HD.

Thanks for your interest! Our rear wing spoiler does not include the back-up camera. The rear wing spoiler is made to work with the factory back-up camera that is included with certain Dart models. We recommend the factory back-up camera. Please let know if you have any further questions. Thanks again!
