Hello, This item does not come predrilled, however we do provide indentation marks for approximately where you should drill and mount the bumper.all our bumpers are designed to mount using the stock location/

Hello, This item does NOT come pre-drilled, but does come with indentation guides to assist with installation.
Do have honeycomb mesh?

Mesh can be added using the mesh drop down, however the mesh is NOT large enough to fit the center opening. It would only work with the two outer openings. Hope this helps!
