    Thanks for your question! Our bumpers feature indentations that show you where to drill for installation. They are not predrilled since vehicles can change over time & many of our customers use our products with other modifications. By having indentations (and not predrilling) our customers have more flexibility when preforming an install.

    The Nismo 2 V2 front bumper (part 37-2270-B) has the license plate holders cut-out (as shown on this listing), whereas the Nismo 2 front bumper (part 37-2270) includes the the license plate holders (the license plate holders are not cut-out).

    The two white rods are part of a custom bash bar that the customer had installed behind the front bumper; the bash bar is not part of the front bumper. We, unfortunately, do not carry the bash bar. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks!
